Nissely is operated by Synaptic Software, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Synaptic Software,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Nissely, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Welcome to Nissely. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our shared gift list platform, mobile applications, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nissely.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate. Submitting products or links that promote illegal goods, explicit material, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. We report illegal activity to appropriate authorities and will permanently shut down any account that violates these standards.

You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or use any automated means (including bots or scrapers) without our prior written consent.

User-provided content

You retain ownership of content you add to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Nissely a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Affiliate marketing and product information

Nissely participates in affiliate marketing programs and may earn commissions when you click links or make purchases through merchant partners. We mark affiliate links where required and strive to disclose these relationships clearly in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Product pricing, availability, shipping details, and reviews are sourced from merchants or their APIs and may change without notice. While we work to refresh this information regularly, the data shown in the Services may not always match the merchant’s website in real time. Please verify prices, promotions, and review content directly with the merchant before completing a purchase.

Third-party services

The Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. Nissely does not control and is not responsible for those services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the provider, and we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or our policies, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately end. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the Services or by contacting you using the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
